This website runs on a server in Germany that is operated on our behalf by Daniel Juch IT [address, data centre to be completed] as a processor under Art. 28 GDPR. When you visit the website, the server automatically records technical data: IP address, date and time of the request, the page requested, the referring page, browser and operating system. We need this data to deliver the website and to keep it secure. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure and stable website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Log files are deleted after [number] days, unless a security incident requires longer storage.
If you send us a quote request, we process the details you enter: transport details, company, name, email address and, if provided, phone number and message. We use this data to answer your request and to prepare a quote. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). The request is sent to our email mailbox. We keep it as long as necessary to handle your request. If a contract follows, we keep the data for as long as statutory retention periods require (generally seven years under Austrian tax and commercial law).
If you contact us by email or phone, we process the information you give us to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for enquiries related to a contract or quote, otherwise our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). For email we use Microsoft 365 (Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd.) as a processor. Data may be transferred to the USA in individual cases; Microsoft is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
This website only uses a technically necessary cookie (pll_language) that remembers the language you have chosen. It contains no personal data and expires after one year. The legal basis is Section 165(3) of the Austrian Telecommunications Act (TKG 2021) and our legitimate interest in a working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We use the open-source software Matomo to understand how our website is used. Matomo runs on our own server, the data is not passed on to third parties. Matomo is configured without cookies, and IP addresses are shortened before storage, so we cannot identify individual visitors. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in improving our website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). You can object at any time by email.
All fonts are stored on our own server. When you visit the website, no connection to Google or other font providers is made. Links to external services such as Google Maps only open when you click them; from then on, the privacy policy of the respective provider applies.
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure and restriction of processing of your data, the right to data portability and the right to object to processing based on our legitimate interests. To exercise these rights, write to office@dta-logistics.at.
