Air freight is the fastest way to move goods over long distances. It is a good fit for urgent shipments, high-value goods, spare parts that stop a production line, samples and goods with a short shelf life. For large, heavy shipments without time pressure, sea freight is usually much cheaper. If you are unsure, we compare both options for your shipment.

Airlines charge by actual weight or by volumetric weight, whichever is higher. Light but bulky goods are therefore charged by their size. Accurate dimensions help us quote correctly.
Direct flights are faster, connections with transfers can be cheaper.

For air freight you usually need a commercial invoice and a packing list. We prepare the air waybill and, depending on the route, further export and import documents.
Based on the chargeable weight, which is the higher of actual weight and volumetric weight, plus the route and service level. Additional costs such as pickup, customs clearance and delivery depend on what the shipment needs.
